Territorial Competences :
The two ( 2) commercial ports;the  Mixed Port of  Skikda and  Skikda El-Djédid Port  specialised in hydrocarbons and the three ( 3) fishing ports ,from the West to the East  : the  Port of  Collo, the Port of  Stora and the  Port of La Marsa.
Transit and port  capacities:
- General  cargo: 1.770.000 tons/year  ; 14 - P.of.Q. with a  total of  2.180 linear meter of quay.
- Hydrocarbons : 20.000.000 t/year : 11 wharves for vessels of  25 to  100.000 tons.

Capacités des ports de pêches:
Les 3 ports de pèche sont dimensionnés pour un parc de 25 chalutiers et 205 sardiniers et petits-métiers. Le port de pèche de Collo peut recevoir des navires marchands d'une longueur de 95 mètres au quai commercial de 110 Ml et d'un tirant - d'eau de plus de 6 mètres.
